Mr. P.S.Pruthi has dedicated 36 years to Indian Customs & Central Excise, rising from Assistant Commissioner to Chief Commissioner  with extensive experience in the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI). He specializes in  GST and Customs laws. Representing India in the WCO Technical Committee on Valuation showcases his international exposure. P.S.Pruthi has been instrumental in negotiating Customs Mutual Assistance Agreements and Free Trade Agreements for the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC). He brings a deep understanding of international trade nuances and their impact on indigenous industries. Having  served as a Member Technical of the Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), he provides a comprehensive perspective on indirect taxation. He has held leadership positions as MD of two State Public Sector units and as ED in a Central PSU, demonstrating his managerial prowess. Currently, he serves as an Independent Director in two large companies and is the Managing Partner of Easy Legal Aid, offering expert tax advisory services in GST and Customs regulations.

Having worked in a Big4  for over 5 years in audit and taxation, she has been able to garner extensive knowledge and exposure which has been helpful in providing efficient and high-quality consulting services to clients.

Gunjan brings to her position a well-established background in financial services and as a partner in the firm, her goal is to provide effective and low-cost financial solutions to clients across industries.

Along with being a practicing Chartered Accountant he also has a vast knowledge of the legal aspects and compliances.
